Nosh Mrkt is committed to being transparent about how it collects and uses the personal data of its workforce, and to meeting its data protection obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The policy applies to the personal data of job applicants, employees, workers, contractors, volunteers, interns, apprentices and former employees, personal data of its customers or other personal data processed for business purposes. Nosh Mrkt complies with laws and ordinances concerning information security, and guidelines and other related regulations enacted by the government. Nosh Mrkt properly distinguishes and protects information assets, and maintains the confidentiality, completeness, and availability of those assets. Nosh Mrkt appropriates measures to provide continuing safe and reliable service for customers, by properly recognizing and managing information security risks that are anticipated in our business activities.
ANTI - BRIBERY & CORRUPTION
Nosh Mrkt is committed to the utmost standards for transparency and accountability in all its affairs and is committed to conducting business according to moral, ethical, and legal standards. Nosh Mrkt has a zero tolerance approach to acts of bribery and corruption and does not tolerate any form of bribery, embezzlements or corruption, and upholds all laws countering bribery, fraud and corruption in all forms.
This Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy prohibits any and all kinds of bribery or corrupt practice with any kind of stakeholder, including offering, promising, or providing any kind of means or value to any stakeholder, including customer, government official, business partner, or a third party to induce any improper action in relation to our business. Employees agree that they shall not therefore, whether directly or indirectly, offer, give, receive or solicit any item of value, in the attempt to illicitly influence the decisions or actions of a person in a position of trust within an organization, either for the intended benefit of Nosh Mrkt or the persons involved in the transaction. This policy applies equally to our business dealings with commercial and government entities, and includes interactions with their directors, employees, agents and other appointed representatives at all levels. Even the perception of bribery is to be avoided. Nosh Mrkt business relationships are developed purely based on merits and industry excellence. This Policy is governed by the anti-corruption and anti-bribery laws of Florida governing law.
PRIVACY POLICY
Nosh Mrkt will not sell or disclose your name or email address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this privacy policy. The personal information that Nosh Mrkt collects when you register to use Nosh Mrkt services or to post content on Nosh Mrkt will remain COMPLETELY PRIVATE. At registration you are asked for your email address and possibly other optional information. If you would like to obtain a Seller account, Nosh Mrkt will ask for your business address, phone number, and payment information. Nosh Mrkt automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request. Nosh Mrkt uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting. IP addresses are automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. Your IP address is stored in Nosh Mrkt's user registration databases when you register with Nosh Mrkt. IP addresses may be used for various research purposes, and/or delivering unique functionality at Nosh Mrkt.

ANTI - SLAVERY
Nosh Mrkt takes a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships, as well as implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery does not exist anywhere in our own business or in any of our supply chains. We are also committed to ensuring transparency in our own operations and in our approach to combating slavery throughout our supply chains, in accordance with our disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act. We expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners and we will continue to include specific prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour, as well as anyone held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children, in our contracting processes, and we expect our suppliers to hold their own suppliers to the same high standards. This policy applies to all individuals who work for us or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives, and so forth.

Nosh Mrkt has a commitment is to comply with all applicable tax laws and our tax compliance policy is aligned with our business and commercial strategy, where tax efficiency opportunities are evaluated within a clear ethical and legal framework, based on the following main principles:

Have an open channel of communication with tax authorities, providing full and accurate information with transparence and trust;
Follow the arms-length principle amongst our group transactions;
Pay taxes in the country where the activities take place;
