NOSH MRKT features delicatessen products therefor same day shipping is not available.

NOSH MRKT does everything in its power to provide you fast and timely shipping utilizing our shipping partners: FedEx, UPS or USPS. These shipping partners may experience weather related delays at times which is out of our control.

NOSH MRKT is unable to guarantee time of delivery & must rely on our shipping partners to deliver orders between the hours of 8am-8pm. NOSH MRKT recommends freezing or refrigerating products with a gold star sticker to preserve and elongate shelf life. PLEASE PLACE TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS 4-5 DAYS BEFORE REQUIRED DATE.

NOSH MRKT is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.

WE RECOMMEND VERIFYING SHIPPING ORDER AND ADDRESS PRIOR TO ORDER SUBMISSION. NOSH MRKT is not responsible for errors in order submission. In the event an order must be modified after the order has shipped a $15 processing fee will be applied. Furthermore, many of our shipping partners require one business day to modify order which may delay the order.

There are NO returns, refunds or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped.

All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx and therefore we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
